Roo'd is geek-addled cyberpunk fiction at its finest, about a teenage boy with two prosthetic legs, a band of misfit body-modders, shamanistic computer hackers, and pharmaceutically psychotic bioscientists. But it's also an exploration of someone coming to grips with what they truly love to do— and what it means to do it in a world drawn in shades

Roo'd kept me interested though sometimes all the technical speak went over my head. Good mix of humor and satire (ex Disney) but also lots of action and plot.

Good cyber punk. An adventure story only; no exploration into deeper meanings of life or the human condition.

Loved how this story went! a young man growing up and leaving home and seeking an older brothers approval, finding out his own worth as a young adult. loved the tech and descriptions associated within the storyline I can actually see this happening in our near future.
