  A Case for Reading Benjamin Button Watching the movie version of any literary art rarely substitutes reading the novella for what characters can be created in your imagination is something no one else can do quite as well, that is if you ever learned to be an action reader. And to not be one, to me at least, is to have a life not worth living.
  In the Case of THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON, they are like two different stories altogether, as is the case with any adapted BP film (must I remind you of Troy?). Anyhow, the film version was decent, however the short story, simply captivating. You feel for Benjamin, his loneliness, his isolation as he tries to live a life no one quite understands, not even himself. READ IT I SAY!!! I posted this on 21 February 2009

The Curious Case of Benjamin Button - A Case for Reading Benjamin Button

Watching the movie version of any literary art rarely substitutes reading the novella for what characters can be created in your imagination is something no one else can do quite as well, that is if you ever learned to be an action reader. And to not be one, to me at least, is to have a life not worth living.
In the Case of THE CURIOUS CASE OF BENJAMIN BUTTON, they are like two different stories altogether, as is the case with any adapted BP film (must I remind you of Troy?).
