Since I work nights, I wake up about noon to the audiobook I put in the night before. Unlike tv, my eyes are closed and it cuts the noises of the day people. Strange dreams though. :0)
Reader Challenges - Spring Incarnated
The elderly view Spring as the end of the old way of life with wings of youthful fancy, wishing that all the flowers would bloom.
Reader Challenges - What's Your Sentence?
The poor world had to continue when I survived when the medical world said I would not.
Reader Challenges - Before I die...
Death is just a different life to experience.
Question of the Week - What's Your Moby Dick?
Since I am a total bookacholic, I only fear that I won't have time to read all the books I would like. I now have books in all forms; hardcover, paperback, cd, tape, vinyl record, and ebook. My goals are share these books and encouraging others to read in whatever form that they can. My housekeeping job allows for mp3 use whlle working and I have spread books throughout the teams by finding books that appeal to each individual. Bookacholics rule. :0)
Question of the Week - Mini-Courses on DailyLit?
A writing course so we could maybe end up with books on this site. Lit courses definitely and history as described by Xena 13. A very good idea.
