Ideas - Comics?
I would love to see some old serialized comics as well as newer manga and graphic novels. Any word now that HTML appears in the delivery options?
Cory Doctorow - Content
Could you add "Content: Selected Essays on Technology, Creativity, Copyright, and the Future of the Future"? It's kind of new (Sept. 2008) but it is Creative Commons licensed like all of Cory's fiction and available from his website.
Cory Doctorow - How about Little Brother?
The exposition fairy sections were kind of lengthy, but they were necessary. They explain why the characters do some things and some of the workarounds they have to invent, which not everyone would understand otherwise. It lets the less tech-savvy get into a story they wouldn't normally read for just that reason. He also has a pretty clear goal of getting non-geeks to understand this stuff at least a little better and making it part of the narrative accomplishes that.
