Incomplete installments

I am reading "Dracula" and I have been receiving (over and over again) incomplete copies of Installments 141 - 144. When they come, I receive dozens of them - all incomplete. The multiple copies stop coming in eventually, but they are all incomplete.
Any ideas as to what can be done to correct this?

  • That's very strange. We're looking into it and will be in touch with a solution soon.

  • Our database seems to show that installment resends have been requested.

First, I wanted to verify whether or not you have requested those resends of older installments.

Then, I'd like to ask you to try setting your installment length to "normal" and see if you receive complete installments then.

Thanks for your help in troubleshooting!

  • Yes, I had resent some older installments - I had accidentally deleted some before reading, then requested repeats. This has all worked as expected, until this problem with 141-144.
I will change the length to normal as suggested, and let you know what happens.
FYI - this length has been working fine until now.

  • I changed the installment length to Normal as suggested, then requested Resends of
    Numbers 141, 142, 143,144.
141 and 142 arrived normally, but there were about 180 emails containing
roughly 90 each of 143 and 144. All appeared to be "Normal" in that they were complete.
However, I had to delete all those extra installments in my Outlook and on my Blackberry.

Seems like a lot of trouble just to read a book! I learned about DailyLit when I tried Viigo,
But had problems getting installments. So I uninstalled Viigo from my Blackberry and
    subscribed via email.
Frankly, if I wasn't in the middle of a pretty good story, I'd just give up on it. Sure the price
is right, but all this screwing around is becoming tedious.

  • After getting by installments 143 and 144, all seems to be working normally now.

    Strange...

  • Sorry for the hassle. We don't see any problems on our end, and it looks like we sent out installments normally (not in duplicate), and the resends were normal too.

Glad to hear things are working normally now.
