Richard Connell's The Most Dangerous Game
I have heard of the story. My interest was caught when I had heard the premise of the story which has been seen in Hollywood so many times.
I would like to read the original.

This story is a required 9th grade California English Lit short story. The kids love acting it out! It is a bit dated but that makes it even more enjoyable to read with 14 year olds.

I think I read The Most Dangerous Game for the first time when I was about 11. I still remember putting myself in Rainsford's shoes and running for my life!
